Empress Works - Ernshaw Property Maintenance

Brief

Empress Works is a modern, high-end redevelopment of the historic site of Empress Coaches, consisting of a number of apartment blocks with commercial space.

Situated in an iconic area of East London near to Regents Canal, the client initially approached the team at Ernshaw as a result of our experience in working within commercial settings and our ability to deliver bespoke finishes.

The challenge

The team at Ernshaw were tasked with renovating one of the commercial units on the ground floor to seamlessly complement and enhance the unique design of the building.

The project involved a full rip out of the space, stripping the unit back to its shell. This meant that we had a completely blank canvas to bring the client’s vision to life.

The solution

At every stage of the project we were in touch with the client, ensuring that every detail met the specifications. As a result of the client’s unique vision, we took a completely bespoke approach and offered flexibility in order to adjust and adapt to any changes required as works progressed.

Attention to detail and a high-end aesthetic was paramount, meaning we placed great emphasis on the finishing touches throughout.

The end result exceeded the clients expectations.
